Apartment house "Chantal", 3 storeys. 1 km from the centre of Rabac, 5 km from the centre of Labin, on a slope, 1 km from the sea. For shared use: property 600 m2 with lawn and plants, swimming pool (6 x 3 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 27.Apr. - 05.Oct.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener, parking on the premises. Shop 800 m, restaurant 300 m, pebble beach 1 km, rocky beach 1 km.

Location Description Rabac

Rabac- small, busy, family-friendly complex and bathing resort, in the eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, 5 km west from Labin. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 5 km.

Summer

Pebble beach, suitable for children. Stoney beach. Rocky beach. Diving, sailing, surfing, sailing school, water skiing, canoeing, rowing. Tennis. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing (permit required). 5 km hiking paths, mountain hikes. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, nachdem wir schon seit knapp 20 Jahren immer wieder über Interchalet gebucht haben(mit positiven Erfahrungen). Müssen wir leider diesmal unsere Unzufriedenheit mitteilen: 1. Schlüsselübergabe am 02.09.2024 war tel. nicht erreichbar 2. Sauberkeit der Wohnung mangelhaft, siehe Bilder 3. Sauberkeit im Poolbereich mangelhaft, siehe Bilder 4. Zustand des Inventars beim Pool mangelhaft, siehe Bilder

Eigentlich alles. Das der Pool um diese Zeit (Ende Oktober / Anfang November) nicht mehr genutzt wird fand ich völlig ok. Macht ja auch wenig Sinn, wenn nicht mehr viel los ist. Die Wohnung selbst ist völlig okay und geräumig. Die Lage oben auf dem Berg ist phänomenal. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist sensationell. Man muss zwar etwas laufen und Treppen steigen, wenn man zum Strand möchte, aber das fand ich jetzt überhaupt nicht schlimm. So bleibt man im Training.

So bleibt man im Training. \nAnsonsten kann man um diese Zeit auch mit dem Auto im Hafen parken und vor dort aus zu den Stränden (Buchten)\nIch war mit meinem Hund dort und da finde ich laufen tatsächlich besser.\nDa ich relativ spät dort war, waren viele Lokalitäten bereits geschlossen. Aber der Vorteil war, das es angenehm ruhig war. Die Buchten sind toll und man fand immer einen Platz. Auch mit Hund.\nDie Menschen dort sind sehr, sehr freundlich und Hundeaffirm. Einfach toll! Zum Einkaufen und vielleict mal etwas Essen gehen, kann man nach Labin fahren.\n Contra: Es gab wirklich nichts zu beanstanden.

Dla mnie i męża super. Wszystko co potrzebne żeby spędzić miło wakacje było na miejscu. Podróżujemy z pieskiem i to też dla nas wielki plus, że mógł być z nami !! Jedynym minusem jest odległość apartamentu od plaży ale o tym, przy zamawianiu, wszyscy wiedzą ;)

Pro: Es war ein sehr erholsamer ruhiger Urlaub. Keine laute Straße. Sehr schönen Blick aufs Meer. Würden freundlich empfangen. Hat eigentlich alles gepasst. Contra: Wenn ich noch 30 wäre hätte ich gar nichts zu bemängeln. Aber für Ältere Generation ist ein Auszugsofa nicht so gut. Aber sonst war alles okay

Insgesamt alles o.k., Leider war das Bett NUR eine Schlafcouch;Ein Bett hätte ohne Weiteres gestellt werden können. Im Bad und in der Dusche fehlen diverse Ablagen, die man noch nachrüsten könnte.Dem Fernseher hätte eine Bedienanleitung gut getan und die Batterien in der Fernbedienung waren leer.Die Essmöglichkeit im Raum war etwas wackelig.

Ich hatte die Unterkunft rechtzeitig im November 2020 für meine bevorstehende Motorradtour gebucht. Die Bilder im Internet vom Zimmer, Pool, Grillplatz spiegeln eins zu eins den tatsächlichen Zustand vor Ort wieder. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, sogar direkt vom Bett aus. Ein Traum !!! Das Appartement ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Für meine Bedürfnisse war alles vorhanden. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch den Vermieter ist ausgezeichnet !!! Ich kann die Ferienwohnung Chantal sehr empfehlen.
