Single-family house, built in 2009. 450 m from the sea. For shared use: garden. Private: property 920 m2, well-kept garden (fenced). Terrace (65 m2), children's playground (swing). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 1.8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Sydals

Complex, in the south-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in the countryside, 135 km south-west from Fredericia, 205 km south-east from Århus. In Hørup 5 - 20 km: supermarket, butchery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, bar. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre at 10 - 25 km. Besides: doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 10 - 25 km. Sights Kegenæs Lighthouse 10 km, Kids' club Danfoss Universe 20 km.

Summer

All watersports available in 5 - 15 km. Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. The south-eastern stretch of coast is a true Eldorado for both children and adults. All kinds of beach and water-sport activities are practised here. The many sandy beaches are very child-friendly because of the shallow and calm water. Behind the coast the landscape is characterized by woods, preserved plantation landscapes, lakes and streams. The 'mountain' Himmelbjerget by the lakes of Silkeborg provides you with Denmark's highest view. Here you can enjoy the beautiful nature from a canoe or from one of the many boats that sail in the area. Skamlingsbanken by Binderup is a scenic nature area and with its 113 metres above sea level also the highest point in south eastern Jutland. Als is absolutely worth visiting too. Als is regarded as one of Denmark's most beautiful and green islands.

Tolles Ferienhaus, drinnen und draußen viel Platz, hell und gemütlich. Für das Ferienhausgebiet kann es sich lohnen, Fahrräder mitzunehmen. (Wir tun das seit Jahren.) Schöner Strand, in Abschnitten reiner Sandstrand, der auch bei tollem Wetter nicht überfüllt ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Et meget stille område med en masse natur oplevelser. Kan ikke anbefale at købe dagligvarer i butikken tæt på, da priserne er skruet meget op. Der er en daglig vare butik ca. 14 min kørsel fra sommerhuset, som vi bruget meget.

Ein sehr sauberes, gut ausgestattetes und gemütliches Ferienhaus in einer schön eingewachsenen Umgebung. Ganz kurzer Weg zum Strand. Das Haus können wir auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und das Grundstück mit Zaun und kurzer Strecke zum Strand ist perfekt für Hundebesitzer. Man kann in alle Richtungen super spazieren gehen und sieht mit etwas Glück auf den Abendrunden Rehe und Hasen 🤭🤩 Wir kommen gerne wieder ❤️

Wir waren eine Woche (2Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) in dem Ferienhaus. Das Haus an sich ist schön, einiges fehlt jedoch gerade in der Küche (Schneebesen, Kartoffelstampfer, Knoblauchpresse...). Im Außenbereich gibt es 2 Schaukeln, schön für Kinder wäre noch wenn etwas mehr zum spielen da wäre (Platz genug gibt es ja) da im Park selbst auch kein Spielplatz zu finden ist. Super ist das der Garten eingezäunt ist, Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ebenfalls gerade mit Kindern sehr praktisch. Ein paar Klammern findet man auch im Badezimmer, jedoch nicht ausreichend. Der Strand ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen, im Dorf gibt es einen super leckeren Bäcker sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen (auch Sonntags geöffnet) und einen Geldautomaten. Im Ferienpark ist ein Shop mit dem nötigsten vorhanden sowie ein kleiner Imbiss. Mit dem Auto erreicht man von hier aus sehr gut Sonderborg oder auch die Autobahn für weiter ins Landinnere. Das Haus war bei der Ankunft leider nicht sehr sauber und wir mussten erstmal die Reste unserer Vorgänger beseitigen, das war nicht sehr schön, Sonne und Strand kam uns da aber entgegen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub mit traumhaften Wetter.

Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr ruhige Gegend, mit jüngeren Kindern nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Die Vorreinigung war bestenfalls befriedigend. Ansonsten ein schöner und entspannter Urlaub.

Wir hatten mit den Kindern eine schöne sonnige Woche. Das Innere des Hauses entspricht leider nicht dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und ist für große Menschen auch nicht geeignet.

Sehr schönes und gut gepflegtes Ferienhaus. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer, bequeme Betten, ordentliche Küche und großes Badezimmer. Hübsche Terrasse mit guten Gartenmöbeln. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles tiptop sauber. Fußweg zum schönen Strand nur 5 - 10 Minuten. Wir haben uns in dem Haus wohlgefühlt.

Von allen Ferienhäusern, die ich bisher in DK bewohnt habe, ist dies das am besten ausgestattete! Sehr gemütlich und super für Hundebesitzer wegen des komplett eingezäunten Grundstücks. 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Meer mit guten Möglichkeiten für lange Spaziergänge.
