Semi-detached house "Bonny". 2 km from the centre of Luino, in an elevated position, 2.3 km from the lake. Private: small garden (fenced). In the house: washing machine. Motor access to the house. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Luino" 3 km. Please note: car recommended. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Holiday Rentals in Porto Valtravaglia, 10 km.

Access: motorway A2 Gotthard/Bernardino - Milano, exit number "Lugano Nord" 22 km from Luino. Access by train Milano - Gallarate - Laveno - Luino - Bellinzona. Railway station in the resort. Bus connection. Car ferry Laveno - Intra (Verbania) 17 km. Locarno 39 km.

Gîte très bien équipé avec une belle vue. Malheureusement, la maison est sonore et les voisins (maison accolée) sont extrêmement bruyants, ils se couchent tard et se lèvent très tôt (5h), ce qui rend le sommeil difficile.

The location is perfect. The house has all the basic amenities and perfect stay for a family with children. Improvement: During summer please provide fans (ventilator) in both the bedrooms as it was too hot to sleep in the night.

Ein nettes schönenes sauberes Ferienhaus mit nostalgischer Einrichtung in einer ruhigen Lage. Es ist alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht vorhanden. Das Haus ist wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern,kleiner Mangel ist die enge Einfahrt und die kleine Garage ( für große Autos nicht geeignet ). Sehr nette Nachbarn im direkten Umfeld.
