In the house: bicycles available. 20 m footpath to the house. Public parking 100 m. Shop, grocery 50 m, supermarket 7 km, restaurant, bar 50 m, bakery 150 m, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Imperia Oneglia" 15 km, sandy beach "San Lorenzo al Mare" 12 km pebble beach "Imperia/Porto Maurizio" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 13 km, indoor swimming pool 13 km, natural swimming pond 5 km. Tolle, typisch ligurische Altbauwohnung in schönem Stadthaus mit großer Dachterasse mit tollem Blick auf die wunderschöne Silhouette von Dolcedo. Die Wohnung ist mit ausgesuchten Antiquitäten liebevoll eingrichtet und immer sehr sauber hergerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Neben Kulturtipps erhält man auch Kostproben aus ihrem Garten. Dolcedo ist ein lebendiges Städtchen und als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Baden und Genießen sehr gut geeignet. Wir kommen jedes Jahr gerne wieder.

Ich empfehle diese Wohnung nicht. Im ersten Stock ist es unmöglich, zu schlafen, weil es heiß ist und keine Klimaanlage .Überall Schimmel,kein Schutznetz vor Insekten.Die Vermieterin wollte nicht die Kaution zurück geben!Sie beschuldigte uns, dass wir die Matratzen verdorben haben, obwohl sie bereits schmutzig und beschädigt waren! Die Vermieterin war unfreundlich! Auch in der Wohnung riecht es schrecklich!

Wir waren zu zweit in dieser wirklich liebevoll restaurierten Altbauwohnung. Die Betreuung durch die Eigentümerin war unaufgeregt und sehr angenehm. Alle wesentlichen touristischen Einrichrungen des Ortes sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Selbst die Badegumpen des Flüsschens erreicht man bequem.

Wir wollten mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern entspannen, wandern und baden Die Wohnung war für uns perfekt, die große Sonnenterrasse mit Blick auf die Silhouette von Dolcedo ein Traum und alles da, was wir zum Wohlfühlen brauchten. Das nahe Auto ent- und beladen klappt problemlos und dann gibt es genügend Parkmöglichkeiten für das Auto. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Wir würden alle sofort die Wohnung wieder buchen!

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll aber einfach eingerichtet. Jetzt Mitte Oktober war die große Süd - Dachterrasse sehr schön! Sie hat jedoch keine Markise und die Terrassentür keinen Laden/ shutter, sodass es im Sommer schön warm werden könnte. Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr, sehr altem Haus (nichts für gehbehinderte Personen) genau an der der alten Brücke, sehr zentral und ca. 75 m Luftlinie von den Glocken der Kirche entfernt. Ca. 100 m von den Geschäften, die jedoch nicht stören. Kein Wlan.
