Private: large garden (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees. Motor access to 150 m from the house. Stepped path to the house. Public parking 150 m. Shop 1.8 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant, bar 300 m, bus stop "via Roma La Lanterna" 3 km, sandy beach "Is Traias" 350 m. Marina 4.7 km, golf course (18 hole) 3 km. Nearby attractions: Punta Molentis 4 km, Costa Rei 13 km, Cagliari 57 km. Please note: car recommended.

sehr schönes, grosses zT neu renoviertes Haus mit sehr grosser gemütlicher Terrasse in sehr guter Lage. (350m vom Strand mit Bar / Restaurant) Sehr schöne, neue (leider mangelhaft ausgerüstete) Küche. Sehr exklusiv: Grosse Fensterfront! Der Wohn-Essraum kann ganz geöffnet werden. Praktische warme Aussendusche. Schöne Sitzecke Mehrere Angaben waren falsch. (Abwaschmaschine, Backofen, Toaster haben gefehlt) keine Meersicht (Haus war neu im Angebot)

Chciałbym tylko napisać że pobyt był ok dopóki się rury nie zapchały i nie schodziła woda z toalety woda zaczęła wybijać prysznicem z kuchni nie schodziło katastrofa. Po zgłoszeniu przyszedł pan odpowiedzialny zobaczył i powiedział że ktoś się zaraz tym zajmie. Niestety nikt nie przyszedl. Zostaliśmy beż toalety prysznica masakra. Zostały krzaki do toalety.
