Small, quiet spa resort with 4'700 inhabitants, in the centre of the region, on top of a hill, in a secluded position, 50 km south-west from Firenze, 45 km north-west from Siena, 60 km south-east from Pisa. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Thermal bath oder hot springs, health cures.

Generell abgewohntes Ferienhaus mit geringer Grundsauberkeit, schmuddeliges/ schmutziges Geschirr, Poolliegen waren meist beschädigt, ebenso die Sonnenschirme. Bäder eher alt und nicht wirklich sauber, kaputte Duschtüre und schlecht abfließendes Wasser in der Dusche. Spülmaschine war schmutzig und extrem verkalkt, so dass das Geschirr gar nicht mehr sauber werden konnte. WLAN Signal war schlecht. Viele Mücken (FYI), aber schöner Außenbereich.

Es tut uns leid, dass Sie Ihren Aufenhtalt nicht voll genossen haben. Gern versichern wir, dass die Poolliegen und Sonnenschirme repariert wurden, und, dass die Reinigung nun gründlicher erfolgt. Die Duschkabine wurde ersetzt, der Abfluss funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Spülmaschine wurde gereinigt sowie entkalkt. Zur Wlan-Geschwindigkeit weisen wir darauf hin, dass. aufgrund der ländlichen Lage das Signal leider etwas schwanken kann. Trotz der erwähnten Punkte hoffen wir, dass Sie angenehme Momente verbringen konnten und wir Sie wieder begrüßen dürfen.

Nous confirmons que le logement a été nettoyé et inspecté en amont de votre séjour, les tapis de douche n'étaient néanmoins pas en état parfait et nous les avons remplacés le jour même où vous nous l'avez demandé. Nous vous avons également apporté de nouveaux draps afin d'assurer votre confort ainsi qu'un nouveau ventilateur, bien que ce dernier ne fasse pas partie des équipements inclus dans la prestation. Nous n'avons constaté aucun défaut concernant l'électroménager, les portes de douche ainsi que la vaisselle mais nous aurions été heureux de vous assister durant votre séjour si vous nous aviez sollicité pour cela. Nous regrettons d'apprendre votre insatisfaction malgré la disponibilité de notre équipe et nous espérons que vous conserverez votre confiance pour un prochain séjour à nos côtés.

morgens in den Pool, Aussendusche mit Blick in die Toscana -traumhaft- Unterkunft ideal für bis 6 Personen. Ausgangspunkt für tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Kommunikation mit Katia vor Ort super. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

La maison est vraiment sympa, typique en pierre, et très spacieuse! l'équipement cuisine n'est pas très complet, cela fait un peu juste pour un grand groupe. les lits sont confortables, les oreillers par contre pas vraiment. La piscine est très sympa avec une vue imprenable sur les les villages et vallées environnants! Attention, beaucoup beaucoup de moustiques et Wifi pas assez puissant pour usage illimité! juste suffisant pour consulter ses emails. superbe Pizzeria à 5 min!

Im Großen und Ganzen war alles sehr zufriedenstellend. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einzige, dass es zu bemängeln gibt, ist dass es auf der Beschreibung und den Bildern so dargestellt wird, als wûrde das Haus alleine stehen, jedoch sind ringsherum überall bewohnte Häuser. Es gibt sehr viele Moskitos. Der Pool war super und die Sicht ist ein Traum. Zu empfehlen, außer man hat vor laut zu sein, da fühlen sich die Nachbarn schon sehr gestört...
