In the district of La Cuesta de San Antonio, 1 km from the sea, 1 km from the beach. Private: swimming pool (9 x 5 m, depth 110 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, barbecue house. In the house: fitness room, hot tub, table tennis, lift, central heating system, air conditioning, laundry, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises, single garage. Shop 1 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 4 km pebble beach "La Grava" 1 km. Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.

Sehr komfortables und modernes Haus am Hang. Traumblick auf Meer und Xavia. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Schwierige Anfahrt: Shuttlebus konnte die letzten 200 m nicht bewältigen und wir mussten laufen. Vorort Service: Erstausstattung an Getränken und Lebensmittel wurde vom Interhome Office übernommen. Super!!!
