Location Description L'Escala

Idyllic resort with 10'000 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in a convenient position with beautiful view, 50 km north-east from Girona, 135 km north-east from Barcelona, 40 km from Frontera Francesa. In the resort: supermarket, shops, post office, restaurant, bar, disco, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Pitch and Putt Gualta 16 km, Skydive Empuriabrava 26 km, Parque acuatico Roses 32 km, Cultural events PortalBlau, festival de musica y artes, Fiesta local primera semana Septiembre. Access: motorway AP-7, exit number 5 "L'Escala-Empûries". It is one of the most picturesque towns on the Costa Brava, in the large gulf of Roses. Wide sandy beaches, gently shelving in places and separated by rocks. Boat hire. In the old town there is the parish church of Sant Pere de l'Escala and some pretty 18th and 19th century houses. Tourist tax: this is charged per person/per day, with a maximum of 7 days stay. Children of 16 years and under are exempt.

Maison dans un quartier calme, juste dommage qu'il n'y ai pas une climatisation dans chaque chambre. La petite piscine qui n'était pas indiquée dans l'offre était une bonne surprise. Nous l'avons bien appréciée. La propriétaire est très gentille et parle français. Je recommande sans problème.

Maison typique, bien située dans un quartier calme. Elle est bien équipée (barbecue, chaise de plage, vélos), bien entretenue et il y a des espaces de rangements. Nous aurions apprécié avoir une chaise longue et une cafetière qui fonctionne. La chambre avec 2 lits 1 personne ne dispose que d’1 lit ( 1 matelas à poser au sol), la literie du lit 2 personnes est HS tout comme le clic-clac.

Es war ein sehr schönes Haus. Wir waren super zufrieden und wir werden dieses Objekt auf jeden Fall wieder für das nächste Jahr buchen. Selbst unser Hund hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank.

La ubicación está muy bien si te gusta la tranquilidad y poco ruido. Está en una urbanización un poco alejada del centro, de la playa y de las tiendas aunque se puede ir andando. Facilidad de aparcamiento cerca de la casa y dificultad para aparcar en el centro (la mayoría es zona de pago) sobretodo los fines de semana. La casa tiene encanto pero le falta cuidar algunos detalles estéticos como orden en el material del salón, falta de mamparas en duchas orenovación de toallas, sábanas y vajilla.

Fotos fantásticas, pero realidad distinta. Wiffi pésimo,funciona por datos (o sea casi nunca). Cama antigua, con colchón impresentable.(no pudimos dormir en ella), pero la ropa de cama y toallas muy bien Sofá cama fatal. Cocina con 3 cafeteras sin apenas vasos,i copas. En la estanterìa de la chimenea muchas cosas personales del propietario. Jardín,frigorifico, nevera, lavadora y baños, limpieza perfecta.
