Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 4 rooms, each room with 1 double bed and satellite TV. 2 showers/WC. Electric heating. Balcony. Very beautiful view of the mountains and Radstädter Tauern. Very beautiful, cosy, rustic rustic chalet "Gnadenalm", renovated in 2020, surrounded by trees and meadows. 4 km from the centre of Obertauern, 7 km from the centre of Untertauern, in a secluded, sunny position on a slope, in the countryside. In the house: sauna, relaxation room, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, bus stop "Grünwaldkopfbahn" 5.8 km. Ski bus stop 200 m, sled run 50 m, cross country ski track 100 m.

Location Description Obertauern

The countryside around Obertauern is unique. Experience the fantastic mountain regions of Obertauern on more than 100 km of hiking trails. A wonderful spectacle of nature is waiting for you at the Johannes waterfall. Of course Obertauern has also numerous rustic mountain huts and mountain pastures just waiting to be discovered by enthusiastic visitors. You can go hiking, climbing, golfing, horse-riding or simply listen to the stillness of the mountains. In summer, Obertauern is a holiday paradise for the whole family. Winter

Obertauern is one of the alpine ski resorts. It is possible to go skiing from the end of November to the beginning of May. In the middle of the Salzburg mountain range, between 1740 and 2526 m, with 1 telecabinet, 19 chair lifts and 6 cable cars. 100 km of ski runs and 26 km of cross country runs. Modern hotel with all comforts, Spa and gym. Ski-region Obertauern, total of 26 lifts. Total 100 km ski runs (60 % easy, 35 % intermediate, 5 % difficult), snowboard slope, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school, children's ski school. 26 km cross country ski tracks in the region, winter walking paths. Sports centre. 2 courts indoor tennis centre, squash. Ski bus.

Ein gemütliches und geräumiges Ferienhaus. Wir waren mit 10 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern, dort. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Eine Sauna mit Ruheliegen. Spielplatz und eine Alm direkt nebenan. Viele Wanderwege gehen direkt vor der Haustür los. Wiesen mit einem Bach. So idyllisch. Sollte es Probleme geben, ist eine freundliche Familie, wo man auch die Schlüssel abholt, in der Nähe, welche immer erreichbar war. Top. Das Einzige, was wir vermisst haben, waren Staubsauger, Waschmaschine und Sofa.

Es wäre ganz schön, wenn noch ein Toaster im Haus wäre. Außerdem ist das WLAN sehr schwach für so viele Personen. Ansonsten war es wieder ein schöner Urlaub und wir fühlen uns sehr wohl in dem Haus.

Wir waren nun schon zum 2. Mal hier u es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Die Küche ist etwas klein, aber alles Notwendige vorhanden. Bei Fragen waren die Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar. Die Schlafsofas im oberen Stockwerk könnte man durch Betten ersetzen. Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft.

Das Haus ist für eine große Gruppe ideal. Wünschenswert wäre eine bessere Beleuchtung in den Schlafräumen. Ansonsten sind wir sehr zufrieden. Wir fahren seit 16 Jahren jedes Jahr hin. Die Lage ist fantastisch und ideal sowohl für Skifahrer als auch für Langläufer.

Die Beleuchtung im gesamten Haus ist sehr schlecht. Abstellmöglichkeiten fehlen oder Haken. Der Herd/Backrohr könnte mal ausgetauscht werden.

Das Haus bietet alles, was man benötigt. Viel Platz für alle 16 Personen, mit genügend Badezimmern.Alles war in einem sehr ordentlichen Zustand.Die Skibushaltestelle ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen.Ein paar mehr Kleiderhacken (im Keller) oder Wäscheständer, wären schön gewesen, um unsere Skisachen trocknen zu können. Wir haben uns mit der Fußbodenheizung im Keller beholfen. Auf dem Boden trockneten die Sachen der Kinder dann schnell. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

- Herd müsste in Küche nach 15 Jahren mal erneuert werden. Der hygienische Zustand ist nicht besonders - verfügbare Kochfelder - die Hütte ist für 18 Personen ausgelegt. Nun gibt es für den Ofen kein Holz mehr zum heizen. Es stehen aber auch nur 4 Kochfelder in der Küche zur Verfügung. Es ist sehr schwer für 18 Mann auf 4 Feldern zu kochen bzw. Essen warm zu halten. - Spülmaschine schließt sehr schwer

Da vom Eigentümer der Hütte ständig Sachen erneuert werden,ist die Bewertung Jammern auf hohen Niveau !!!Aber der Preis dafür hat sich in den letzten 20 Jahren verdreifacht ! Ein paar wenige Verbesserungen wären:In der Küche müsste in nächster Zeit der Herd / Backofen getauscht werden. Wenn neu dann größer!! Zum einen muss man damit für 18 Personen kochen! Zum anderen kann der Bestell Herd im Zwischenraum ab diesem Jahr nur noch genutzt werden, wenn man sein eigenes Holz mitbringt.

Schöne Hütte für große Gruppen (8 Zimmer, Bäder schick neu mit 5 Duschen, Zimmer oben alpin rustikal/ Souterrain neu modern, Achtung: im OG 2 Zimmer mit Doppelschlafcouch anstatt Bett (bequem, quietscht nur), schöne Sauna für 5-6 Personen. Skibus ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt und fährt in guter Frequenz ins Skigebiet Obertauern. Direkt an der Hütte kann man Rodeln, Langlauf, Biathlon, Pferdeschlitten fahren. Uriges schönes Restaurant (Gnadenalm) nebenan. Empfehlenswert!
