Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Bath/WC. Box-room. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Modern apartment house "Ferienapartments Adenau". In the resort 500 m from the centre of Adenau. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house. Shop 100 m, supermarket 50 m, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Gewerbegebiet Adenau L10" 200 m, railway station "Ahrbrück" 12 km. Golf course (18 hole) 39 km. Fitness, bike hire 200 m. Important: the Nürburgring - Nordschleife road which passes the house is 300 m. SERVICE ON SITE: coffee powder (for the duration of stay) for the coffee machine and 2 bottles of mineral water (on arrival) free of charge in all apartments.

Location Description Adenau

Well-known holiday resort, 60 km from Koblenz, 75 km from Köln, 107 km from Aachen. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, bank, restaurant. Sauna, solarium, health cures at 10 - 25 km. Besides: pharmacy. Sights Hohe Acht (Aussichtspunkt) 10 km, Nürburg 11 km, Benediktinerabtei Maria Laach 35 km, Kids' club Phantasialand 70 km, Cultural events ADAC 24h Rennen Nürburgring, Rock am Ring, ADAC Truck-Grand-Prix. Due to the proximity to the Nuerburgring, noise in holiday apartments in Adenau and the surrounding areas must be reckoned with.

Summer

Outdoor swimming pool. Tennis, golf course 18 hole in Bad Neuenahr 39 km. Riding. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Leisure park "Erlebniswelt Nürburgring" 10 km. Particularly recommended walks are the red wine walk and the high peak round way.

Winter

Cross country skiing in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler and Nurberg, downhill (2 lifts) and toboggan run in Jammelshofen. Ski-region Hohe Acht 9 km.
