Completa di tutto: Lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ambienti ampi e confortevoli. Magari una svecchiata al mobilio (basterebbero un paio di mobili anche IKEA), ma proprio a voler trovare il pelo nell’uovo. La posizione molto bella, praticamente fronte mare, dietro alla piazzetta. D’estate ovviamente si paga lo scotto di stare in zona movida, ma la casa merita. Non so ad Agosto come si stia, però temo serva chiudersi dentro per dormire (in tal caso un climatizzatore sarebbe auspicabile averlo). Bella, comunque, in condominio ben curato e tenuto
