Beautiful single-family house on a vinyard "Ca' Breia", detached, renovated in 2023, surrounded by vineyards. Outside the resort, 1 km from the centre of Castel Rocchero, on top of a hill, 60 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 1 ha, garden (not fenced) with trees. Outdoor shower, parking at the house on the premises. E-charging station. Supermarket 7 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 42 km, railway station "Acqui Terme" 7 km, sandy beach "Albissola Marina" 60 km, rocky beach "Varazze" 60 km. Nearby attractions: Nizza Monferrato 8 km, Asti 33 km, Alba 43 km, Genova 60 km, Serravalle Designer Outlet 50 km, Torino 100 km. Please note: car recommended. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Prachtig huis en heerlijke omgevingAlexandra V.

Het is een prachtig huis zowel de ligging, dichtbij interessante plaatsen, als het huis zelf. Je kunt er uitrusten in de tuin met zicht op de wijnranken en lekker werken zoals in ons geval. Maar je rijdt ook vlot naar de interessante plaatsen in de buurt. Daar vindt je heerlijke winkels met bijzonder lekkere streekproducten. M. is heel attent, reageert snel en zorgt dat je een fijn verblijf hebt. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad!

A magnificent view from the houseEva K.

We had a fantastic stay at Ca´Breia. With three big bedrooms it was possible to have holiday in the core of Piemonte with our best friends. The view from the house made us breathless. The local restaurant Trattoria la Rocha is a "must" and a visit to the vineyard Le Torre. You need a car in order to make the most of the visit. We went to Barolo, Alba, Asti, Neive and many more beautiful places. The landlady is excellent, replied quickly on sms and was very kind. We enjoyed every minute!

Sehr schönes Haus mit liebevoll eingerichteten, großzügigen Räumen und angenehmer Atmosphäre. Paradiesisch schöne Landschaft, sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Recentelijk gerenoveerde wijnboerderij gelegen op een mooie en rustige locatie met fraai uitzicht op de wijnvelden. Zeer ruime woning ! Helaas niet alles even netjes afgewerkt en ook wat problemen met de apparatuur (vaatwasser en oven) gehad. Ondanks een zeer aardige gastvrouw konden de problemen niet tijdens het verblijf worden opgelost. Dat verdient aandacht. Mooie omgeving waarin ondanks het warme weer genoeg te zien en te doen is.

Thank you for the review and kind words regarding the place and the service. Unfortunately the circuit board broke in the dishwasher at the beginning of August and local cirumstances could not allow for the replacement part to arrive sooner. It is now replaced and working properly. As for the oven, it was never brought to our attention during this stay or by other guests. So to our knowledge it works. We do hope that you give our excellent hospitality another chance.
