Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with bar. Bath/bidet/WC. Barbecue, deck chairs. Marvellous panoramic view of the sea and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. AT-446127-A

Monte Pego 15 km from Denia: Very beautiful, comfortable villa "Jillian". In a quiet, sunny, elevated position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 7 km from the sea, 7 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: beautiful terraced garden (fenced), swimming pool (4 x 8 m, depth 90 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 2 cars). The owner does not accept any youth groups.

22 m a.s.l. >>A friendly, well known tourist town ideal for families with 45.000 residents, well connected, 90 km northeast of Alicante and 105 km southeast of Valencia. Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Connections: access via good highway. Train station in the town has connections with Alicante, maritime station with connections to Palma, Ibiza and Formentera. Bus connection. Javea 8 km. Gandia 30 km. Benidorm 50 km. Prestigious 18-hole golf course "La Sella". The castle over the city has marvelous panoramic views. Archeological museum and Etnological museum. Many religious and popular festivals, like Les Falles and Moros i Cristians. It is possible to take ferry trips to Ibiza and enjoy a bunch of water sports. During periods of drought, there may be water interruptions and/or restrictions and we recommend you not to drink the tap water. In many urbanisations, a car is necessary. Fijn gelijkvloers, zeer goede bedden, comfortabele bank en lazyboys. Fijn zwembad met fantastisch uitzicht, vooral 's avonds. Keuken is prima. Het enige nadeel is dat we dit keer de sleutel in Denia moesten ophalen en wegbrengen. Vorige keer kon dat in Monte Pego zelf.

Fint hus med fin utsikt. Stort godt basseng med fin uteplass. God parkeringsplass. Utemøblar kunne vore meir komfortable. Utstyr på kjøkken kunne vore betre. Me hadde ei fin ferieveke i huset. Litt vanskeeg å finna fram, då gateaddresse ikkje stemte med info.

Goede ligging met mooi uitzicht over het natuurgebied. Heerlijk zonnig terras. Wel wat verbeterpunten qua buiten stoelen , veel losse zwembadtegels die los op het terras lagen, pannen en salontafel. Paar zaken waren kapot maar overal fijne vakantieverblijf.

Magnífico chalet, bien equipado, con vistas fantásticas. Una pequeña pega y una recomendación: El sol por la tarde no da en la zona de la piscina lo que limita algo su uso. Llegar a la vivienda la primera vez no es fácil, recomendaría que una persona de la inmobiliaria acompañará a los clientes la primera vez

Le lave vaisselle est très petit et ne fonctionne pas très bien malgré un nettoyage avec produit que nous avons fait Des fissures apparaissent sur les murs extérieurs, les balustrades doivent être repeintes, et un ravalement ou nettoyage extérieur doit être fait. Il n'y a pas de placard à balais. Le four ne fonctionne pas malgré l'intervention d'un technicien Le wifi est un peu aléatoire Batterie de cuisine un peu juste, absence de bac à glaçons Transats cuits par le soleil
