La Carihuela: Cosy, comfortable apartment block "Sol", 4 storeys. In the resort Torremolinos, in a central, quiet, sunny position, 350 m from the sea, from the beach. For shared use: lawn, natural garden, swimming pool angular (seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Parking space n 47. Shop 150 m, grocery, supermarket 600 m, restaurant, bar, bus stop 10 m, sandy beach 350 m. Sports harbour 1.8 km, marina 1.8 km, sailing school 1.8 km. Nearby attractions: Playa La Carihuela 350m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Youth groups not permitted.

Well-known, busy resort, in the southern part of the region, in a convenient position, 10 km south-west from Málaga, 175 km south from Córdoba, 220 km south-east from Sevilla. Shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Sandy beach with grey sand. Lively night life. Possible to play golf in the fantastic golf course of Anoreta.

Superbe appartement très bien entretenu, spacieux. Avec 4 vrai couchage. La cuisine est fonctionnelle avec tout ce qui faut pour cuisiner. La résidence est propre et sécurisée. A proximité de tout, transport en commun, magasin et surtout la plage en face. L'agence est à l'écoute et très efficace, répond rapidement a la moindre question

Het appartement is schitterend, alles is nieuw en brandschoon!! Je grijpt nergens mis naar. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien!! Er is een wasmachine, er zijn strandstoeltjes, een airfryer, een föhn, magnetron, koffieapparaat, theekoker, heerlijk matras, airco, wifi, grote smart tv!! Verzin iets en het is er!!!

The flat is very well located, the parking is a bit narrow for a station wagon car but possible. The lifters are in good condition. The pool is very nice. The kitchen well equipped with new appliances and the bathroom ok. The lower scores: the flat is very very hot specially in August; should be equipped with an air conditioner system as the neigjbours are or at least with ceiling fans, in this case windows need insect nets, very arsh specially when sun hows down to deal with them.
